October - Full of bubbles ! 🥂🍾

I am excited and pleased being able to present you these 2 great sparkling wines which are now available in Alko !

🥂1. SIMPSONS White Cliff Blanc de Blancs Brut 2019. (Alko product no. 576837)

Simpsons Estate grows grapes in the iconic chalk slopes of Southern England.

Simpsons started making their wines in the area year 2012, as they were attracted to the quality of the terroir and the opportunity to become part of what is the most dynamic wine producing areas in the world.

This very dry, complex, well balanced, sparkling wine has delicious nuances of green apples, white peach, some brioche and it is made of 100 % Chardonnay grapes.

It pairs greatly with seafood, fish, salads and just like that.

🥂2. La Belle Rosè Brut 2021

Oliver Zeter with his brother Christian, bottled their 1st vintage in Pfalz, Germany year 2007.

Oliver says that you must love what you do; anything else results in soulless products for imediate consumption.

Now we in Finland have the opportunity to discover Oliver's Rosè sparkling wine as you can get it from Alko ' s special selection.

This bubbly wine is made of a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Shiraz.

Taste of this "bear" is very dry, with good acidity, fresh lemon and red currant plus nice light minerality.

You can enjoy it as an aperative or with for example salads, seafood, cake and with salted pies. And, it also suits for vegans and it is sustainable. 🍀🥂🐻
