Summer food pairings with Riesling

Fresh salads are wonderful and easy summer food. I made this super easy salad with zuccini, chicken, lime, red spring onions and coriander.. So simple, yet tasty..

As a wine for this summer salad I chose Weingut Stein Oberhäuser Kieselberg Qba Riesling 2021 trocken from Nahe.

This dry white has wonderful minerality, it is fresh and aromatic with lovely acidy and great balance. This white wine pairs lovely with my salad.
