White wine for Arctic Char

Today we were tasting with clients wines to match with Arctic char. And, we found the winner.

It is Karthäuserhof Schieferkrystal Riesling.

2 other whites, Chablis and Morillon were lovely with smoked salmon but not so much with fried Arctic char. Lovely wines alltogether anyhow and very versatile with foods.

I feel so honoured being able to present these wines to my clients and being together with them in tastings, in order to find the best matches for them. 🫶
