Summer Sparkling

This fun and fresh Paladin Magnum (1.5 L) Prosecco DOC Millesimato Extra Dry is perfect for long summer days with friends. This Prosecco has been present in Veneto area for at least 2 centuries. It has pale straw yellow colour and fine and persistent perlage.

The scent is distincly fruity with hints of apples and pears with delicate citrus. Characterized by a soft taste for the elegant melt of of the foam on the pallet.

This sparkling wine is an excellent opening wine as an aperitif and also ideal to combine with fish appetizers, salads and risotto and also with strawberries, cheeses and desserts like cheesecake.
