Wines to match with Crayfish

Crayfish Season is on. Great white wines to match with crayfish are for example dry Rieslings (for example Oliver Zeter Nussriegel Riesling from Pfalz), crispy Sauvignon blancs and Lugana whites, like for example Ca dei Frati I Frati, made of Trebbiano.
